Are dogs allowed in the exhibition?
Dogs are not allowed (exception: guide dogs).
Are there lockers?
Lockers are located in the basement of the Forum Confluentes and can be used with a ticket purchase.
Is the Romanticum barrier-free?
The Romanticum can be reached barrier-free and has been awarded the “Travel for All” barrier-free quality seal.
Can I take a childen’s push chair with me to the exhibition?
The Romanticum can be easily visited with push chairs. Our staff will take you directly to the exhibition by elevator.
Which payment methods are accepted?
At our cash desk you can easily pay cash, with debit card and all major credit cards.
How much time should I schedule for a visit?
We recommend to plan a visit time of approx. 1 – 1 1⁄2 hours. Of course, the actual duration depends on how intensively you will experience all the exhibits.
Where can I park?
Unfortunately, we do not have our own parking spaces. The nearest public underground car park is located directly opposite our building in the Schängel-Center. There is also the possibility to park in the parking garage of the Shopping-Center Forum Mittelrhein.
What happens to lost property?
If you find something in the exhibition, please give it to the colleagues at the cash desk. After a few days of storage on site at the Tourist Information Office, the found items are handed over to the lost property office Koblenz.
What do I do with my ticket?
Before you visit the exhibition, you will receive your individual ticket. This ticket allows you to store a lot of information and retrieve it on your mobile phone using the QR code on the ticket. Alternatively, you can download the information here.
Can I buy a voucher?
You are welcome to purchase a voucher card of any amount from your colleagues at the cash desk. The presentee pays on site with the voucher card directly on the day of the visit.
Can I book a guided tour?
