The Captain’s tour
Discover the exhibition with the captain

Ahoy, all aboard!

Come aboard the Romanticum experience exhibition

Ahoy and welcome to your captain's tour!

On this tour, you will be met by the uniformed captain at the entrance and be given instructions on how to work all of the interactive stations of the Romanticum exhibition.

After a welcome at the gangway, you will enter the ship and go through all the rooms, starting with the large lounge. In there you will walk past the very popular silhouette machine, past the shelf with world literature inspired by the great river and the Rhenish recipe collection. You will certainly be familiar with some of these dishes - just ask your captain what he likes best...

From there, the tour continues into the belly of the ship: stories about the culture in Koblenz await you alongside the wine barrels. The captain knows all the stories about Koblenz and the exhibition. With the help of your captain the group can have a go on the Loreley karaoke machine: feel free to sing along loudly. Back in the daylight of the large sun deck you will receive useful information about all that the Rhine has to offer and can use interactive stations for young and old.

You will stop with your captain in the cabin, which has songs and stories in store for you, all in the spirit of the shipping in past times. Perhaps you haven't heard yet how the first ships came to Koblenz via the Rhine?

Then you'll be off to the bridge for the highlight. Every guest has the opportunity to take a ride to "Rhine in Flames" at any time. What a spectacular opportunity!

The captain is available for questions the entire time as you stroll through the Romanticum, to save memories and information on your personal admission ticket.

Take all the time in the world and enjoy your stay on board!

Adventure ahoy!
